Avon Old Farms Inn now offers Kosher events on and off premises. Our Executive Chef, Charles Simmons will work with you to create the menu of your choice. We are able to cater Kiddushes, Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Brunches, Birthdays, Anniversary Parties, Corporate functions and any other event you may have. Our experienced staff will help you plan all of the details from the menu to table linens. All food items prepared are under the supervision of the Hartford Kashrut Commission, Rabbi Yitzchok Adler supervisor, Masgiach temidi. The following are a sampling of the various menus we can create.

Appetizer:

Merlot or White Wine Poached Pear, sliced and served with crumbled Gorgonzola and a citrus dressing

Salads:

Mesclun Greens served with Champagne Vinaigrette

Entree:

Salmon in Phyllo Pastry served with a cream sauce, haricot verts and dill mashed potatoes

Dessert:

Contreau Cream Torte

Our newly established Kosher Kitchen has been designed to cater all types of affairs. Our Chef will be happy to create the perfect menu for your party. From a simple Kiddish to an elaborate sit down dinner, we at Avon Old Farms Inn will help you plan an event that you will forever remember.
