Phone and fax lines are available in each conference room along with computer hook-ups. Phone booths are located throughout the facility.

Floor Plans

Access to the conference center’s five main meeting rooms is through a private entrance.

  • THE VALLEY ROOMS, located directly above the ballroom, can be divided and used as three breakout rooms. Or, if combined, make the perfect setting for smaller meetings.
  • THE BELLE TERRACE BALLROOM, our largest meeting space, holds a maximum of 400 conferees.
  • THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOM, adjacent to the main ballroom, is ideal for pre- or post-meeting receptions, cocktail parties, luncheons or breaks.
  • THE COACH ROOMS, part of the Inn’s original buildings, has the charm of old New England while providing all the modern amenities needed to conduct today’s business conference.
